Bautista trade, please help.

I'm in a 12 team 6x6 non-keeper league with bb and hlds as the extra catergories. I've been offered:

I get:

Jason Bay
Jose Bautista
David Freese
Michael Bourn
David Robertson (I'm desperate for k's too)

I give:

Berkman
Pence
Ellsbury
Eric Aybar
Heath Bell

I think I'd gain as many points in holds as I lose in Saves with the Pitching portion of the deal, so it doesn't concern me much.

Any thoughts?

Ellsbury for Bautista is kind of even, but giving up Berkman and Pence is too much...I would pass
