Pick up Matt Moore, Shelby Miller, or Jacob Turner

Which way do you lean? I'm wrestling internal demons on this one.
Our 12 team 25-player league allows us to keep 10 players, two round penalty from where they were drafted/kept the year before with FA being 18th rounders. You can keep a player up to 3 years.

Do you think the Rays will delay Moore enough next year where it would be a waste of a keeper slot (and even a bench spot this year) or enough to make Miller or Turner the better choices? I don't want to be left holding the bag when it is mid-July and he's toiling away in AAA while Miller and Turner are fixtures of the rotation.

The other side would be to hope these 3 don't get picked up this season and make it to the draft, but Pineda, Montero, and Ackley were all kept last year so this is a huge risk.

Thanks for the input. If my staff could pitch better I'd drop Humber as well and roll with both Moore and Miller.
