I know Longo is having a down year so far, but would it be wise to do this deal? The guy Im trading with is out of contention and reloading for the future. I want to make a run at the title this year

I think you do the trade too. Teheran could end up being the best player in this deal, but in terms of immediate impact, you're giving up two horribly sluggish bats for someone who has been underperforming (granted, the same could be said for Dunn).
I still like this deal for you.

Longo is clearly the best player of the deal, is the face of the franchise, is younger than most think, and plays a fairly weak position in a few years.
Dunn has been garbage and wont help you hence forth, and you can just shift Youk to 1st (granted he should lose that eligability next year as he hasnt played at 1st this year for Boston).
That is the only mitigating factor, Youk's eligability next year.
might as well try to win....young SPs are no guarantee anyhow. Scherzer was a beast and he is pretty good not ridiculous...just saying proven bats are worth more.
