Do I drop D. Hernadez for D. Young? WHIR

I'm thinking of adding Delmon Young as an extra bat for my bench, but I don't know if I should drop Hernadez (only player I'm considering). I know there is a good chance Hernadez loses his job soon, but he's been great so far and I wouldn't be suprised if he keeps it. I have 11/12 points in saves, so I can afford to him, but with K-rod being delt to to the Brewers, Axford might get less saves. Should I just make the move, or wait and see if Hernadez loses his job? If Young plays like he did yesterday, there is a good chance he might be taken by the time that time.

It`s a standard roto league. I`m currently leading by 7 points.
