for fantasy purposes, i don't think an argument can be justified that any pitcher is more valuable than Kershaw. I think he has to be in that first tier. not saying he's better than halladay, felix, and verlander, I just dont see him as worse either.
Well it depends if your league the type where you keep a player in the round he was drafted or just straight up keep your top X players and draft whoever wasn't kept starting in round X+1. I'm in one of each, but it's much harder to rank players in the former because it's impossible to account for variations, league rules, etc. There's people out there that drafted Waino in the 3rd round this season before his injury was announced, so that makes him completely worthless. So we're only talking about straight up keep X players.
I think it's safe to put him in tier 1 though, but I'd put him behind Halladay and Verlander.
