how would you rank keeper SP's for next season?

Ah crap, forgot Wainwright. Assuming no setbacks, I'd put him comfortably in the middle of Tier 3. TJ recovery time has been sliced by a third in recent years so 13 months is plenty of time to get back to full strength. I'd have no problems taking him right there around the Price/Lester area.

Strasburg apperently hit 95 on the gun recently.

I heard that, and it is nice and all, but I hope he is throwing harder than 95 by next season. He used to hit 100, which he used to set up his 90 MPH change up.

It's been only 9 months lol. 9 short months and he's probably an above average starter if he returns today.

but i definitely WONT be shocked if he turns out to perform as a top 10 SP next year when all is said and done.

He's on schedule to be back in September so we'll get to see him before deciding where he'll go next year. In my keep 5 league with 3 dl spots, I drafted him as my last pick. That league uses k/bb and k/9 with along with the other sp cats. 5.41K/BB and 12.18K/9 in his first 90 innings, it might be a risk I have to take.

Reason I dont see him top 10 is he will have an innings limit. Jordan Zimmerman had one of 160 innings this year even with pitching from the end of august to the end of the season.

I'd be happy to see 160 innings = 220K

I pretty much agree with the ranking you came up with. Just wanted to see where everyone would place guys like Latos, Kennedy or Gallardo. Or even Wainright for that case?

Waino in the middle of tier 3 and Gallardo/Latos at the top of tier 4. Kennedy's been good this year but he doesn't have the upside of the other guys I listed. I'd draft him as a back-end SP3 but his W total might inflate his value in the draft pool.
