Doesn't matter how you lose, only that you lose. If you're going to gamble, you're probably better of not even watching the games or looking at box scores, and just checking whether the bet hit or not. Need to disassociate yourself from the emotional aspect of it.
You don't bet do you? It's not gambling until a tv or a computer screen gets broken.

Haha. If you are not emotionally tied to it, then your not gambling.
Tonight I like Blue Jays over the Yankees @ -105 and the Dodgers over the Diamondbacks @ -130
Bautista turned his ankle and is day to day. Going for an MRI this morn.
Yea, I saw that. I like Toronto at home. Especially with B.Morrow on the hill. Yankees are missing their 3b too.
Betting on Yankee games is almost a sure fire way to lose money either way. If you're going to bet against them, this is one of the worst lines as far as return is concerned, since Morrow and Garcia are essentially a pick em from what I saw earlier today. This is actually a decent day to take the Yankees, since they're typically a -200 money line bet on a given day, and you can actually get a good risk/reward betting on them today; especially if Bautista isn't playing. At the end of the day, though, only winning bets are good bets, so if the Jays win today, more power to you.
Re: Mookie, I used to spend the vast majority of my time sports gambling, but don't do it anymore. Too many swings, not enough stability, mainly because I allowed my emotions to let me play bad, hasty bets to try and break a bad run which would only further contribute to the bad run.
