Bautista for Hanson and Morse?

I took over for a manager about a month ago and was lucky enough to have some offense - but absolutely no pitching. I've managed to climb from the cellar to 7th place but need to make up a 15 game deficit to make the playoffs.

Someone just offered me Hanson and Morse for Joey Bats. What do you all think? I've considered throwing him back the offer of Bautista for Weaver.

No. Simply no. A better bat and Hanson maybe. But if it's just Morse then you had better get a combination of 2 out of Weaver/Felix/CC/Hanson.

I'd probably recommend you trading one of your SS over trading Bautista.

Tulo would get a lot in return but I'd probably try to sell high on Asdrubal.

Offer him Asdrubal Cabera, Melky Cabrera and Carlos Pena for his Hanson, Walden, and Bourn (you need speed) ...he needs a SS upgrade, 1b power upgrade and has an extra closer to spare which you also need. You'd sell high on both Cabreras and obtain a critcal ace which is needed, speed and a closer.

Try that.
