Just looking for thoughts on which side is better not taking into consideration positions or the team etc etc, just talent on the trade:
My Matt Holliday-Justin Upton-Carlos Quentin-Danny Espinosa-Josh Beckett-Phil Humber-Brian Wilson
for
Matt Kemp-Mark Teixeira-Max Scherzer-Jhoulys Chacin-Wandy Rodriguez-Jonathan Papelbon
I was going to drop Quentin and Espinosa anyway as they were a useless bench bat I never used and I like Kemp-Texeira better than Holliday-Upton. I hated losing Beckett, but think Scherzer-Chacin-Wandy-Pap have the opportunity to be better overall than Beckett-Humber-Wilson. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'd go for it. Like you said, Kemp/Tex are a better duo then Holliday/Upton. Quentin and Espinosa are replaceable (especially if they are riding the pine on your team) Papelbon and Wilson are a wash. While it does suck to lose Beckett, I am a firm believer in offense being more imoportant in fantasy, so the trade helps you more then it hurts.
Help with my Prince trade?

Looks like you gained a bit more offense at the expense of some pitching. End of the day you got arguably the 2 best players in the deal so value wise you made out slightly better.

Kemp and Teix?
Yeah, I'm doing that trade I think. The (current) best player in the game + the best second half hitter in the game?
