I am in a 15 team roto leauge, started the season off slow and revamped my roster

I just picked up Bonafacio and Berdina and Willingham for more speed and RBI's and picked up Javy Guerrera for Charlie Morton to improve my ERA. Any other suggestions. Here is my roster:
