Late in the season unless Reds get hit with injury.
Does the Ludwick injury count? I know Heisey is there other option....just wonder if Reds brain trust flirt with the idea, bring up Hamilton (ideal lead-off guy) move Choo to LF, and then they are set,
Hamilton - CF Phillips - 2B Votto - 1B Choo - LF (switch hitter so keeps there L/R split in tact) Bruce - RF Frazier - 3B Cozart - SS Hanigan - C
OR
Hamilton - CF Choo - LF (switch hitter so keeps there L/R split in tact) Votto - 1B Phillips - 2B Bruce - RF Frazier - 3B Cozart - SS Hanigan - C
Pretty sure the Reds brass would rather Hamilton first get a bunch of reps playing centerfield in AAA. However, if the Reds were to suffer another OF injury to a regular, all bets are off.

When do you expect him in the "SHOW"? since I got him as a minor league keeper, for $3, and in CBS he still qualifies as a Short Stop,
Hope they call him up in May/June, personally think Choo is over matched in CF.

Total gut feeling - he'll be called up in that timeframe. It's likely that one of the following will happen: team will need a spark, Choo will get injured and/or Choo/Heisey will be inadequate in CF.
Billy Hamilton - SS - CIN - Apr. 5 - 8:26 pm et Reds prospect outfielder Billy Hamilton had to leave Friday's game with Triple-A Louisville due to an apparent shoulder injury. Hamilton had already displayed his blazing speed in the game with three stolen bases, including a swipe of home. He appeared to injure his shoulder diving back into the base on a pick-off attempt, but the Bats have yet to issue an official update on his status. Apr. 5 - 8:26 pm et
