Why is this team underperforming?...WHIR

So I've constructed my team to be more balanced through trades, but I still am not getting the scoring I need, and it seems when one guy goes off, another one offsets him with a bad night...I'd love to hear some analysis of what I need to start rolling over people. Thanks in advance!

First off, do not do that trade. If you were to ever trade Halladay, make sure you get Bautista for him! Best pitcher has to get the best batter! I do'nt usually do pitcher for batter trades but when you talk about the DOC, the king of blue jays pitching and now phillies pitching, you better be getting something better than Chacin (who I had but recently dropped and I wish I had dropped him a month earlier) Zimemrman who has been good but is not worth HAlladay!

Do this and don't think twice. Drop Alex Gordon. Do IT! If Adam Jones is out there pick him up. Freeman from Atlanta, Trumbo from the Angels. Reddick from Boston too. He is getting playing time in a stacked lineup.

Drop Nolasco, pick up either of the following: Vogelsong, Baker, Worley.

Just at a quick glance you could use another power bat, maybe shake up your outfield a bit. See if you can turn Beltran, Quentin or Gordon as part of a deal to get another power bat.

I totally agree, go get some more power, and ideally in the OF. I would absolutely consider that trade if I were you, but that is because I favor hitting over pitching usually. Alsp, get rid of Rios, he'll cause more headaches for you than anything else
