Is This a Good Offer for Hanley?

I am looking to upgrade my shortstop position. I am thinking of offering cano and yunel for hanley and howie kendrick. Is this a beneficial trade to make? If not, do you see any types of moves i should consider doing. Any would be greatly appreciated. My team is below.

I guess this is a good move, but why the need for Hanley you have Yunel and a young JJ Hardy in Cozart on your bench!? Cano is a stud! You need another closer how about offering Tabata for Andrew Bailey or Carlos Marmol or something like that.
