Both deals are good imo. I would prob with with Sabathia and Lester though since you are getting two aces that are on very good teams. But I would take Sabathia and Cahill too.

Counter offered with Holliday, Niese, Arroyo and Johan for CC, Lester and Tomlin (who was going to be dropped by the other owner).
