I love it when people post questions and people respond and then after people chime in and pretty much say make the deal the deal the poster asks again.... In this case 4-0 to make the deal, 5-0 now to make the deal........ If you had doubts before, and after listening to people respond, you still have doubts...... Well, I'm guessing that's not going to change. So either follow others opinions to do it, or go with your doubt and reject it.
