Fair?

I am in a H2H categories league with two league managers (I am one.) There was this trade that I thought was fair but the other League Manager disagreed. Neither of us are involved in the trade. Please let me know your opinions.

Aramis Ramirez

Team B Sends:
Ryan Ludwick
Justin Smoak
Ty Wigginton
Antonio Bastardo

*Note: Team A already has Ryan Zimmerman and Alex Rodriguez for 3B, and Recently traded Francisco Rodriguez (RP).

Unless I had a specific set of needs I wouldn't want to be on the "4" side of this 4-for-2, but with that said I think it's absolutely fair and looks like teams trying to improve by either consolidating skill or spreading it out depending on need. I'd certainly rather have a 20/40 guy and the 3rd third baseman, but I can see why someone hurting at multiple positions would want the production spread out with Ludwick, Wiggy and Smoak (who's bound to have another hot streak in him IMO). Bastardo isn't much of a long term option, but he'll help with saves in the meantime, and even if he only gets a handful of saves, that's obviously known by both of these guys going into the deal ...
