Here's who'd I'd pick up in order of importance:
Jeff Karstens-The Pirates are 1 game out in the NL Central. They are playing for real this time and their pitching is making up for their (sometimes) lack of offense.
Vargas-He plays for a crap offense, but he's a big lefty that will put up solid numbers.
Vance Worley-For every one bad start, he has 4-5 good ones. Not a big K guy, but a nice option with the uncertainty of Oswalt and Blanton.
Fister-Big like Vargas, crappy offensive backing, but puts up quiet, quality numbers.
Aj Burnett-The Yanks don't have A-Rod for 4-6 weeks. They will miss his offense and defense, and it will reflect in AJ's stats. AJ is good 1-6. Once that 7th inning comes around, he's shaky..nice K guy, but he's always a crapshoot, regardless of his offense. And I am a Yankee fan from NJ...
Moscosco-Might get demoted once Ross starts pitching better, but it's the only reason I rank him behind Burnett.
