So can I trust Trader Joe's or Whole Foods to have good kimchi? I doubt any local grocery store in Lincoln has 'real' kimchi.

If you want authentic, you'd probably be best served finding an Asian/Oriental supermarket. There should be a couple around.

Duh.

I guess I should have thought of that. I buy my rice from an Asian market. Brain spasm day yesterday.
