I was offered this trade in my 12-team keeper league. My 3 current OF are Kemp, Pence, and Ichiro so I'd have to pick one up off the waiver wire.
I'm in first place with a 13-0 record so I'm hesitant to change my team, but this is a pitcher-friendly league and Gallardo and Ubaldo would add two more solid aces to my team. Should I take his trade?

No Way! You are trading away the best player in the deal and then you are gonna replace him with someone off the wire? If I were the other team I would love you to hit the accept button...........

Well Kemp is the best player in this deal right now, but in my league, pitching reigns supreme. The top-10 players in points the last two years were all SPs. I'm just afraid of Pineda falling off and Ubaldo and Gallardo getting hot.

This doesn't look very close to me. Even if league rules favor pitchers Pineda/Bucky isn't that much worse than Ubaldo/Gallardo.
One way to gauge these trades is to post them on tradebashers.com. You input the player and league details and the managers vote on which side of the deal they'd rather receive. My guess is that at least 90% would prefer to receive the Kemp side on this trade.

Yeah I would not do this trade. You aren't improving by that much in pitching and you are giving up the best player.

Why would you trade for Ubaldo. Unless you are some kind of prophet I would take Pineda or Bucholz over Ubaldo and Gallardo is one of the most inconsistant pitchers around.
