Good Bench for Decent Starter?

I was offered a trade and I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on whether I should pull the trigger on it.

My Shortstops: Reyes, Rollins
My Catcher: Posada

I am being offered Alex Avila (C) for Rollins. Currently their statistics are comparable with Rollins having a slight edge but I don't really get Rollins into my lineup that often. I tried to trade him early in the season for bigger impact players to no avail.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I'd absolutely make the deal. You might want to double check on the Reyes injury situation before trading away his backup, but the pulled hammy doesn't appear to be too serious, the Mets are just being extra careful. He should only miss a few more games at the most.
