Drop Moreland For...

Good Morning all!
Like the saying goes.."My team looks good on paper"...
I need to get this team moving forward before too late.I've tried trades,waiver wire,etc...but always come up empty.Could you suggest a player or players I might be able to try and make a trade and who for?
Also I dont know how much longer I should hold onto Jennings(this is not a keeper league) or maybe drop Moreland for a player below?
