Who To Start This Week? Hurt Studs or Benchwarmers?

I have some decisions to make in my weekly league that I need help with. I have both Reyes and CarGo. According to reports, they both are expected in miss "a few days". Both are studs that are very lucky to not be out longer. From a fantasy managers standpoint, both run the risk of being held out longer by their respective teams for preventative measures. Should I start one/both?


Here's the position and the alternatives:
SS: Start Reyes or Darwin Barney?
OF: Start CarGo or Nick Swisher?
Flex: Start Daniel Murphy or Swisher/Jason Bay?
