I ended up taking it. Honestly I don't hate it but I could have easily squeezed out a bit more. The problem is that I made this deal last night under heavy influence of Mad Dog and I really couldn't take it back. A handshake has to count for something.....

Ahhh that kinda sucks. I have made many moves on the FA late at night while being under the influence and then woke up the next morning and regretted it.

You could have received a little more value in return but at least the deal is still fair.

I love this deal for you. An underachieving star that has the whole 2nd half to go nuts is a good formula for winning. You can try a 2 for 2 if you think you are not getting enough value but not at the risk of turning off the other manager.
