I just dropped Smoak since he really hasn't cracked my lineup in weeks and now with Panda back I have enough guys to cover 1B anyway. Out of the following who would you pickup for the ROS?
LoMO? Really? I disagree fully on this. Does he have the potential to be an impact? Yes, no doubt about that but he's hit below .200 over the past month with only a few flashes of power. Going forward, I dont see how he is better than Hosmer, Freese or Sizemore. I would rather give Grady a try, then Freese, then Hosmer. If these are bench players then it doesnt really matter, but I like their chances better than the rest of the players you mentioned.

Exactly, he's only a bench guy for now on his team. I think it would be better served stashing LoMo in hopes he starts hitting, wouldn't argue with Freese or Hosmer though.
Sorry to get on a pedestal, I just really dont understand all these man crushes on LoMo. To me he's an average player on a sub-par team thats more valuable to real world baseball than fantasy. In every one of my leagues I could find better players in the FA pool, and he woudnt start for any of my teams. I feel like if you want upside, theres better upside. If you want a veteran who might turn around a season, theyre out there too. This guy doesnt fall into either category, wont come off the WW for awhile anyways, so why not go with better upside and just watch him on the WW until he does something that calls for a pickup.
I am definitely in the Freese camp here. When he plays he is nails. Nothing flashy but he has good power, hits very well for contact, and has a little speed. He's the prize of the bunch.
Ok so far here is what I've got from your responses:
Freese x 3 LoMo x 2 Grady x 1
There isn't much out there, and it's tough to make trades in this league. Most severely overvalue their players or because of the fact that I'm in 1st place won't trade with me. Here are some relievers on the wire: S.Downs M.Adams (could stash him since Bell should be traded) J.Guerra (doubt Broxton makes it back but Dodgers suck now) Melancon (not many save opps in Hou) B.Lidge (another stash possibility)
Not really sure if I need to keep 3 closers and a possible 4th as a stash, but I did it looking for future value. So at this point I'm going to pickup Freese, but I'm also willing to drop Nathan if the majority on here feel there is something better to stash.
