Am I Getting Enough for Miguel Cabrera?

Postby rasto21585 » Thu Jun 30, 2011 12:33 pm

In my 20 team dynasty league I was originally offered votto and matt holliday for my miggy and lincecum. Today he pulled the offer and sent me a new trade. This trade is his votto and holliday for my miggy boesch and lincecum. Is this still a good trade or should I counter? Team is below.

I think the first one was probably fair, but I dont see why you need to throw in Boesch for one of the best hitters and a 2 time Cy Young winner. Counter back with the first deal, and tell him thats enough, if he gets Boesch out of you then you're getting taken on the proverbial ride.

help on mine?

I was thinking of countering with miggy lince and boesch for votto holliday and Ian kennedy. How is that?

I agree. Either the first deal stands or you do what you proposed. I think either are great. However, there is no reason for you to throw in Boesch, as weas previously mentioned. The guy has to respect Miggy. There is no reason you need to compensate anything extra in that deal. He has to either take or leave one of the two that you mentioned, but there's no reason for you to have to sweeten that deal.

I think I would go with what you proposed Cabrera, Lince, Boesch for Votto Holliday and Kennedy if they will go for that, and if not then I would go back to the original trade, like everyone is saying no need to throw boesch in.
