I have been using a stream spot in my lineup to fend off a tough opponent this week. I have Zambrano going Thursday vs. SF but I plan to dump him for Fister who is at home in Seattle on Saturday vs. SD. Is he a good option?

We only get 4 moves per week and i have used two ... if i wait till midnight pacific time, i can dump zambrano and grab Fister... that would leave me with 1 move left for the weekend. I have some tough matchups ahead, like Norris vs. Boston. But as you will see below, I am already hurting bc of Greinke's bombing, Felix's bad outing, and my opponent's ridiculous number of innings this week.
Alternately, i can dump Zambrano now and grab Fister but I won't get Zambrano for thursday.
I should elaborate that I am getting creamed in pitching this week so i am basically trying to dilute with innings. here are the stats:
I picked up Fister a week ago. He's really under the radar. Most people overlook him because of his 3-8 record, but he sports a 3.18 ERA with a 1.20 WHIP. I'm pitching him and so should you!
