My team is killing it offensively.. however my ERA and WHIP sucks.. I am gonna pick up some RP to lower it.. Who would you pickup and who would u drop???!

PerSONALLY I am biased toward Aaron Crow. Second choice would be Motte since he has an outside shot at saves.
