I know the guy is sorta of considered an afterthought because of his consistently low AVG, but dang, he's been hitting 'em out pretty frequently lately. Two jacks yesterday, one today, seven in the past two weeks, along with double digit runs and rbi during that time. I've been loving having him in my CI spot.

The bad news, the cubs fan want to trade him for young players. He's only in a one year $10M contract!

Good points. Well I just picked him up in my 12 team league so I sure hope he can hit atleast .240.

240?? lol. I love the guy, but 240 for him is like 350 for another player.

I play h2h, so i can care less about BA, its not like you go into a h2h draft and target AVG. My friend tried to do that, IT DON'T work!
I mean, in theory i guess you can draft high BA guys. But it wastes draft picks for better 4-5 tool players.
What i did, drafed pena, ortiz, offset their inability to steal bases by drafting davis and bourn. Granted davis sucks, but it was a good strategy in theory.
Take an avg of all 4 players, COOL BEANS. It's like have 4 20-20 guys.
