In the lineup at 3B tonight against the Diamondbacks.
What do ya think? Will he be a shining beacon of light in the absolute void of 3B this season? Or will he be the latest Jerry Sands/Eric Young Jr/Anthony Rizzo to come up and struggle? I've never seen the kid play. Anyone who has, what can ya tell us?

He will be overvalued this season similar to Moustakas, Rizzo, etc.

unlike the rest of the guys who have come up with hype, Chisenhall, has put up crap for numbers to get excited about. Id rather play Gamel for the next 6 games and hope that works out ok

A very weird ZiPS projection. His HR, R, RBI, and SB projections exactly match his 2010 AA numbers (17/81/84/3). Anyone know why that is? (It's not the case for anyone else I checked, Jerry Sands, eg.)

Hes worth grabbing in deeper leagues for sure. With the 3B problems this year in bigger leagues need to catch lightning in a bottle there if you are someone who has had issues. I saw many league owners hold onto Freese through his DL stint (back tomorrow) just for the possible spark he showed before the injury. In leagues like that have to take the flyer.
Smaller leagues, probably best to not bother for now watch and see.

Hes a decent prospect but nothing that truly stands out. He doesnt excel in power nor average and has decent strikezone judgement.
He's not in the class of Moustakas imo but he does have way better defense then him and projects to stay at the hot corner long term. I like him more to a Tehean type with a lil more average.
