I just recently traded Storen/Santos and Peavy for David Price, opening up two spots to add pitching...Of the following guys who would be the best to take a chance on becoming the next closer for their team or what SP would have the most upside for the rest of the season

Well Kuo supposedly is the closer already but they haven't had a save opportunity in a while. I'd pick up him and Bumgarner, who aside from the disaster early last week, has been pretty good (including last night).
