I am in an 8 team 5x5 head to head league. I have been trying to think of a solid spot start bench bat for some time now. The person I have used has been A-Ram. Although he's warmed some lately, overall, he's been a little disappointing this year and only offers me 3B. That being said, he's known for being a 2nd half hitter. Wigginton is a solid bat that offers 1B-2B-3B-OF in my league. I have 5 OF on my team already so having my one bench bat someone eligible for multiple positions would help. I also considered Ryan Roberts (2B-3B-OF). Should I drop A-Ram for Wigginton?
If wanted these are my hitters:
C - Joe Mauer
1B - Paul Konerko
2B - Howie Kendrick
3B - Michael Young
SS - Jose Reyes
OF - Ryan Braun
OF - Matt Holliday
OF - Curtis Granderson
UT - Justin Upton
UT - Carlos Quentin
BN - Aramis Ramirez
Thanks!

I like Wigs a lot but as u said A-Ram is a 2nd half hitter and the ball should start flying out of Wrigley. You know Ramirez has an everyday job where as Wigs could come into question later on down the road should the Rockies decide to give that useless excuse for a ball player Ian Stewart another shot. So basically I say stick w/A-Ram, but I don't blame u if you go w/the hot bat/multi position Wigs. Thnx for the help on mine.
