What to do with Delmon Young....

SO as well all probably know or incase you were sleeping last night Delmon Young went on the DL again
with a right ankle sprain....just after he was showing signs of life....do i drop this guy or try to tweak my DL spot
which I have Phil Hughes occupying and drop him to pick up a bat?
