Big trade involving Hanley and Heyward...

I'm in a 5x5 12 team 6 player keeper league and i was just offered this trade: I GIVE Hanley, and Wandy Rodriguez and i GET Starlin Castro, Jason Heyward, and Francisco Rodriguez. I'm very hesistant to give up on Hanley but i'm intrigued. I'm currently in a distant 2nd place in my highly competitive league. What do you guys think? Here is my current roster:
