If Oswalt's injury is bad, I need to shore up my pitching. I already could use an SP so its even more important now.

Here is a trade offer I received:

Justin Verlander and Alexi Ogando for Matt Kemp. I would have to drop somebody or finish one of my other possible trades to open up the roster spot.

Would this be a good trade for me? I think I would rather trade Ethier as Kemp has been hot all year and has SB potential.

For potential counter offers, he also has: Felix Hernandez, Cole Hamels, Yovani Gallardo.

I'd take it and drop Cobb. Verlander is a Top 5 pitcher now and Kemp is probably top 5 hitter but I'm assuming you'd sub in Chris Young? I think it's a no brainer considering that Oswalt just went down.

I would do it but I would definitely be looking to make another deal for an outfielder. I really don't think you pitching is that bad even with Oswalt banged up. Losing Kemp is big but Verlander is a beast alond with Ogando. I think Ogando is wearing down a little IMO.
