Trade Granderson for Shields and Wright

I am in a keeper league we keep six guys from the pre season tier rankings. 2 from each tier (1-50, 51-100, 101-150) It is a head to head league with a small positional roster meaning all positions and an utility. Presently my team is as follows:
Offense: McCann, SMoak, Utley, Polanco, Asdrubal Cabrera, Ryan Roberts, Granderson, Fancour, Pagan, Victorino, Jamele Weeks, Ike Davis.
Pitching: Vogelsong, Floyd, Baker, Hamels. Salas, Soria, Hudson, Buehrle.

Basically just wondering if Wright is still the type of player to build around and/or if Granderson is going to become that player to build around. With half of last year and this first half he has put together quite the year and Wright leaves me hesitant. Sound off. Thanks.
