Should I use a waiver for Roy Oswalt? WHIR

I should be getting rid of Latos if a trade goes through. That would make it so I would not have to drop anyone. Is it worth a waiver or should I wait until he is off waivers?

He is usually a second half guy right? I guess I would grop Gee or Latos if my trade doesn't go through.
