My 2nd baseman is kelly johnson or ryan roberts...i mean if utley stays healthy i think i have to take this deal.just not sure what to expect from him...i can plug in alex gordon, sandivol or ryan roberts in at 3rd...my outfield is

I don't know if I would say you're OF heavy with Brown and Rios...... Seems like you have a lot of If before and after this trade, so not really sure how this helps your team.
