Trading for J. Upton, What to Offer? WHIR

In a 12 team h2h points league and a guy is interested in trading me Justin Upton for a pitcher and another player. I could definitely use an upgrade at OF or UTIL so I am interested but not sure what to offer. I wouldn't mind trading Hanley with a pitcher but I only have a few options there without awesome contracts. My team is as follows...

What about Scherzer and Sandoval? Or Scherzer and Chris Young?

I offerred Scherzer and Gordon for Upton, might not be enough, if he rejects i'll switch Gordon with Young.
