I am planning to sell off MYoung and ADunn to "retool" my roster around my core players.

I have already agreed in principle to trade Michael Young for Danny Duffy, Jordan Lyles and Trey McNutt. This is by far the best deal I could extract for MYoung considering his age and the number of legitimate contenders in a 20 team league.

I have also agreed in principle to trade Adam Dunn and Zach Lee for Jonathan Singleton, Jacob Turner and Jared Mitchell. I have gone back and forth with this owner for several days and this is the best deal we could come up with.

However, earlier today an owner approached me about swapping Travis Snider for Adam Dunn. He ended up offering Snider and Brad Hand for my Dunn.

Given these three offers on the table, what would you do? I am thinking about accepting the first two deals, but acquiring Snider would expedite the rebuilding process at least a couple years.

What is the starting lineup? UTIL/P spots, especially.

Off the bat, I like the Young deal. With his age I'm not sure you'll get better. However, it looks like you're playing him at 2B and I wouldn't trust Brignac or Hudson there for very long.

As for Dunn, I like both deals, actually. The power department will look really weak for your team, but I think you can use your starting pitching strength to maybe address that need to an extent. Snider will help, but I feel like you could get more if you parted with a little bit of pitching to try and balance the offense/pitching. This whole post should have been prefaced with me being a big Jacob Turner fan though, I suppose...

I think this is a great trade in your favor, I think trading away Young while he's still considered high value is the right thing to do, and your getting the better half of the trade.

And I like this Dunn trade more than the other, but both I think are good in value.
