Not sure that I agree. Personally, I mourn every passing that I know of, some more than others obviously. Unfortunately, we never hear about most. Any mourning that I do has nothing to do with him being a celebrity. It has to do with the loss of a human life. Nothing more.

I had no idea Dunn had some affiliation with CKY. I've listened to a few CKY tracks 10 or so years ago and liked them. I never saw the band or the videos, but strictly the music without really getting to know more biographical info on the band. Ironically, this is my favorite CKY song.
I'm pretty sure Dunn didn't have anything to do with CKY music or band (other than knowing the band since they were in the same town). I think the OP was talking about the psuedo-Jackass videos Bam and company made that were called CKY as well.

CKY was more than just the band they were like the smalltown "Jackass before Jackass" and made dvd's but never had a tv show or anything. Just stupid low-budget stuff and they played their music in between. Heres a few clips for anyone interested...its basically dumb stunts/music/skatebording.
Was just about to post this. As if the waters weren't muddy enough.
As for Dunn, I think he was an idiot. I'm not happy to see a relatively young life taken, and the lives of those around him, but I think he did stupid things and got what he deserved from it. With that being said, I hope his family realizes this and is able to make some form of positive campaign against drunk driving and whatnot. Condolences to the family of those affected, but man do we have some stupid in this world...
Not because of anything about his show or anything like that.
But he had a history of drunk driving, and he obviously had not learned his lesson. So it stands to reason that he would have continued to drive impaired, and rather than risk him killing an innocent person during one of his future drunk driving escapades, I'd rather he be dead.
Sucks that he had to also kill a passenger.
But the the drivers in Pennsylvania are now safer knowing Dunn will never drive again.
