Malt vinegar also goes good on fries, but are best on wedge-sized fries (like you'd find in fish and chips).
when I was in Montreal a handfull of years back there was mayo on the table for fries. didn't know if it was a canadian thing or a french thing.

Maybe he will be better in Philly but he has made a career out of one short playoff run in 2006, other than that he has been ordinary to poor.
Only time will tell. He will have a much better team in front of him now. I think his last 3 seasons have ended with a DNQ and 2 losses to Detroit. Sure, he could have played better but I can't fault him (or them) for losing to Detroit.
