Salas dropped. Pick Up? WHIR

I am in a 12-team H2H non-keeper league and Fernando Salas was dropped today. In order for me to acquire him, I would have to cut both A Soriano off my DL slot and also another player, which would most likely be Anthony Rizzo. Do you think he is worth the pickup?
