Where do I Improve? Please rate. WHIR

OK, so I am looking to upgrade my team. 12 team H2H 6x6 with standard categories and added OPS and Holds.

This is a DYNASTY league.

As I said, I am in the process of finalizing a trade for A-Rod, so Chris Johnson will be dropped. When Wright returns from the DL, he can replace the IF or one of the Utility positions, so I am pretty ok on offense, I think.

Pitching I have been pretty successful with but am trading Bumgarner/Pineda and adding a reliever. Pretty much giving up some for the future to bolster my offense this year. Some decent SP are on the WW so while it won't be as good as what I lose, I think I can absorb it.

So, any suggestions on improving my team? WHIR if you leave a link.

Lol, I saw the headline "need 3 owners" and I thought I clicked on the link. I started reading your team and got excited because I would jump all over your team to take it over.

You have a solid team.

If you want to improve, your SP on your bench are not great. Are you just streaming those pitchers or are you keeping them? I'd look to replace them if I were you.

If my assumption on what "streaming" means is correct then yes, I am just streaming them. I am in a very competitive league and as nice as a team I have, I am barely in the top 8 (though I did go to Europe for three weeks and neglected my league unfortunately). I almost always win: W, K, H and SB. Surprisingly, it is the power that I am having trouble losing. Luckily I usually do OK in them and take another pitching category, but I would like to improve where I can.
