Both are poor trades for you IMO. J-Up is the best keeper in that bunch by a large margin.

Are you in a selling point? If so, I would consider a trade. if you are still in contention, I would sit back and stay with Upton/Uggla.
If you are in selling mode, neither really fascinates me either, but the first option gives more youth options.
