HELP!! What do I Need to do? WHIR!!!

Ok guys I'm in a 14 team dynasty keeper league with your basic $260 total value at draft time.
I feel like my team is loaded yet I'm barely over .500 and one spot out of the playoffs. Please help me analyze my team and suggest trade options. I need to do something! We have standard daily line ups in roto scoring. See my team and salaries below. (btw in this league people including myself way overpay in regards to salary) Appreciate any ideas and I will also comply. We also keep 8 minors that carry over. We can keep as many guys as we want as long as stay $260 and under going into draft time. This is a very competitive league.

Ok guys wtf do i need to do? I have tried to move sizemore with rivera/papelbon with no luck.
Seems I lose or win 7-5 every damn week. I could trade cabrera yet would that damage my offense to the point of negating any gains in speed or sp?
I could really use some ideas as I'm frustrated and ready to make a move. Thoughts?

Package JH and GS for a top OF Justin Upton/Better SS

Deal Anderson/Paps for a better SP (Hanson, Price, Cain)

Get rid of Morneau to the highest bidder...

thanks for the feedback. I have only been hesistant to trade Hamilton as that salary is pretty nice for what he brings. Would you do hamilton and any of those others for Ellsbury and Price?
