Need to drop a Pitcher... which one?? Thanks. WHIR!!

Postby TheGhost » Thu Jun 16, 2011 11:45 am

I play in a 10 team, Roto league, Redraft. CBS format with weekly lineups. Pitching and pitchers with two start weeks are critical in my league. I had Dustin Ackley in the minors/DL and am brining him up. I don't have a offensive player to drop. So which pitcher should I drop?

Please keep in mind that the most important pitching stats are: WINS, Quality starts, and K's (in that order).

Andrew Miller (Love the win potential he has in Boston now that he's been called up).
Rick Porcello (Good enough pitcher, no K's)
Zach Britton (Limited Innings??)
Mike Leake (Pitching well lately)

Thoughts? Advice? Who should I drop?

Miller. He just has not shown to be the guy everyone thought he was a few years ago. I would let him go and then watch his starts and see if he shows a new approach.
