This guy really likes Rizzo and even though the potential is there for stardom, do I try to trade him and improve my pitching staff?
Players he has: Gio Gonzalez / Jon Lester / Michael Pineda / John Axford / Craig Kimbrel / Ryan Madson (hitters: Ellsbury - could use steals)...With my lineup below, what player along with Rizzo should I trade and who should be the target. Thanks ans leave a link.
my team (12 teams H2H, keep 4 per year, 5x5)
C - Aliva
1B - M Cabrera
2B - Prado DL
SS - Tulo
3B - Zimmerman
OF - Berkman
OF - JUpton
OF - Morse
U - Choo
U - Rasmus
Bench - Rizzo
Bench - Jennings
Bench - Gordon
SP - Cain / Hanson / Ogando / DHudson / Garza / IKennedy
RP - Santos / Storen

I definately trade Rizzo here. You have Miggy, so you dont need another 1B right now. Can you keep Miggy? If so try to get the most possible for Rizzo, target Pineda and go down from there, hes not parting with Lester for Rizzo. If you only keep 4, I doubt Rizzo is one of them so go ahead and get someone you will keep for him.

Definitely trade Rizzo; you don't need him for this year, and he is not a Top 4 protection. See what Ogando can get you; he will hit a wall with the innings increase.
Maybe try for Gio; I am not sure I would take Pineda, and I don't think he'd give you Lester; it doesn't hurt to ask by saying you are looking to upgrade your pitching. Let's see what we can negotiate.
Please help with mine:

I'd try Rasmus/Rizzo for Ellsbury/Gonzalez. If he really wants Rizzo, you have leverage. Do you not have anyone at 2B right now?

Nope, no 2B at the moment...can't seem to figure out anyone to drop and no one really good left on FA...Ackley will be my 2B until Prado returns...sucks a bit, but I would hate to drop someone like Rizzo when I can get something of value in return...If you have a suggestion, please let me know.

I guess Aclkey will be up Friday, so you can hope he can fill in.
