Time to drop Joyce?

I'm in a league where 3 of the 10 players play and that's it. and they don't trade. ever. not once all season has a trade happened in this league. so i'm stuck.. i've got matt joyce and he's on the downward slide.. i'm thinking about just waiving him and picking up someone who can actually help my team. here are some of the fa's available.

since jeter is on the dl i'm using aybar at SS and he's so-so right now.. i'm thinking about picking up gordon or hardy to help out at short... i like moustakas too tho
