pick one of these two pitchers

James Mcdonald or Clayton Richard. NL only keeper league.
I am tossing one in as trade trash to make trade even. Who has better upside for me to hang onto?

This is a toughie. Richard has pitched better than his 2-8 record and pitches at a good park for him. McDonald doesn't get any run support either. Personally, I'd go with Clayton here.

Richard if you can only start him at home, McDonald otherwise. And I think that is the better option, Richard at home, neither when Richard is on the road.

I'd actually go with McDonald since I think his upside is higher, as is his K potential.
