So, I was debating between Dee Gordon, JJ Hardy, and Darwin Barney. I'm leaning toward Hardy right now. Thanks for your help and WHIR.

I'd say hardy will be able to do the most in the short term and since yours is non-keeper he would be your best bat

In a nonkeeper league I go with Hardy first. The only exception would be if you are already winning the HR cat every week, then I would consider Dee Gordon for the SBs.
